Welcome to ChronoAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChronoAI platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

ChronoAI provides an AI-powered time tracking, invoicing, and QuickBooks integration platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of ChronoAI, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide, including time entries and billing data
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Service
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

ChronoAI offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChronoAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ChronoAI a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronoAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChronoAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
